CustomLAB preparing content platform for Kyivstar's iloveukraine.com.ua

The CustomLAB department of the Sanoma Media Ukraine international publishing house are acting as the partner in creation of the new resource iloveukraine.com.ua of the Kyivstar company, having produced the primary content of the portal: around 250 good quality pictures and the relevant texts to them with overall volume of more than 250 thousand characters.

The texts discover new actual information about the most interesting sights of Ukraine, describing their up-to-date details, peculiar features, and special character. The stress was made on the places and sights discovered recently or which have appeared within the 20 years of the history of independent Ukraine. The pictures have been selected carefully from among those proposed by photographers and photo banks according to the criteria of the most interesting view and relevance. On the final stage of preparation, professional color correction of the pictures was performed. This content became the basis for the iloveukraine.com.ua resource, the center of interest towards the portal, and the source of unique curious information.

“CustomLAB are proud of their participation in this large-scale project of Kyivstar,” says Roman Sulima, head of the department. “I Love Ukraine has a powerful social and patriotic implication. It aims to create a constantly growing people’s knowledge base about our country. Apart from that, this is of double importance in view of Euro-2012.”

Today, each person can share one’s love for Ukraine and one’s impressions, as well as to place author’s pictures of the places of interest of Ukraine and to offer the cover text for them on the iloveukraine.com.ua portal. According to Kyivstar data, in 2012, this portal will be available in English as well and will become a navigator for trips around Ukraine, for foreign tourists coming for the Euro football championship, first of all. 

CustomLAB have been cooperating with Kyivstar successfully for a long time as a partner and outsourcer of media projects for this leading mobile operator of Ukraine. The “Your Number” magazine for business subscribers of the company and the Kyivstar Annual Report which received the First Prize and the Grand-Prix accordingly at the last year’s competition Best Corporate Medium, are created on the technical base of the publishing house. This year, joint projects of Kyivstar and CustomLAB have also been nominated for participation in this competition.
