Domashniy Ochag inviting you to cooking master classes
It has been only a short time since the star cooking master-class was held to mark the beginning of the new season, while the project organizers, the Domashniy Ochag and the Myrova Karta are already preparing for the New Year!
Thus, a series of master classes are planned in November:
12 November: Fish dishes: delicious and refined – trout stuffed with spinach and baked in salt. Mix of salad leaves, tuna sashimi in sesame seeds with Daikon radish and grapefruit, and hot nut sauce.
19 November: Party Snacks & Drinks – hors-d’oeuvre and cocktails for feasts and parties. Salmon rolls with feta cheese; tar-tar from tuna with avocado, capers, tomatoes and Tobiko caviar; Caprese salad; iced shrimps on cherry tomatoes; smoked salmon mousse in a tartlet. Cocktails – Mojito and Strawberry Margaret.
26 November: Romantic Dinner – squid stuffed with salmon mousse, with coconut sauce and snow peas. Chocolate Flamb with vanilla sauce.
There is a loyalty programme for permanent participants of the culinary school. Apart from that, there are gift certificates available.
