URW is the project involving best restaurants of Kyiv, Lviv, and later – of other large cities as well, to propose a unique creative menu at a special price twice a year. Restaurant weeks have been held for numerous years in the USA, France, the UK, Singapore, and other gastronomically advanced countries in the world, popularizing restaurant culture. The number of restaurants in the USA exceeds that in Ukraine several times, people book tables several weeks in advance and stand in queues to taste dishes from top chefs. When the project was launched, only 30 restaurants took part in it, thus the Ukrainian Restaurant Week has all the chances to occupy its worthy place among the participating countries.

The Ukrainian Restaurant Week will be held in Lviv from 14 to 28 November and in Kyiv from 21 November to 5 December.
