CULINARY WORKSHOPS

A new joint project of the “GoodHousekeeping in Ukraine” magazine and restaurant network “Mirovaya Karta” has started on October, 17th .
Workshops cover the most popular modern cuisines, namely Italian and Japanese. Besides, we’ve also prepared workshops dedicated to the Mediterranean cuisine, the art of steak cooking and special occasion dishes.
The first workshop was dedicated to the famous Cesar salad and steak cooking.
The participants were presented with the basics on the cooking theory, cooked and tasted their own “masterpieces”.
The chefs from the «Sam's Steak House» and «Marakesh» restaurants shared their secrets of sauce making and unbelievably soft and juicy steaks cooking accompanied with good wine.
Sommelier explained which wines are best for which dishes and gave the basics on wine types and classification.
The next workshops will be dedicated to pasta, pizza and Italian risotto cooking.
