Cooking together: pasta workshop

The second workshop was dedicated to pasta and famous Italian Marinara and Pesto sauces cooking.

The chefs from Sam’s Steak House and Marakesh restaurants demonstrated how to cook spaghetti Bolognese and penne with zucchini, shrimp and pine nuts, and told how to make dough for pasta at home.

 

After that, the workshop participants were divided into three groups, cooking the dishes by themselves with sommelier giving advices on wine selection for pasta.
