News - Cooking together: sushi workshop

In 2010 a magazine for women "Domashniy Ochag” and a restaurant chain "Mirovaya Karta" continue a joint project of a culinary workshops, which started last year. On January the 23 there was the first master-class in a series of "Modern
Japanese cuisine "Sushya”.

Poddubnaya Svetlana, sous-chef restaurant, shared cooking secrets of classic miso-soup, crab salad with dressing and nigiri sushi. 

Under the guidance of the chef participants have prepared all the dishes by themselves and tasted them with pleasure.

Master classes on Japanese cuisine will continue until 21 February.
